- Description
- I need to create an automation between two Microsoft Teams private channels. The channels are called "Test 4511" and "Test Workshop". The "Test 4511" channel receives automated emails as messages. The subject of the email and a table containing the alarm message are included in the automatic email published on the channel.
When the user writes a message containing the text "help" in the "Test4511" channel, a message must automatically be sent to the "Test Workshop" channel containing the text: "Request for intervention from [channel name that sends the message] due to anomaly" and include the subject of the last email published on the "Test 4511" channel at the end of the message.
