- We are looking to establish a long term relationship with an professional who has strong SEO skills both onsite and offsite and can provide campaign measurement so we can determine the campaigns effectiveness.
PHASE: 1 – KEYWORDS AND WEBSITE ANALYSIS
1. Keywords Audit & analysis (with the help of various tools like webmaster, MOZ, SEMrush, Arefs ect)
2. Initial Analysis of the Website in a Document (Including all important points related to your site)
PHASE: 2 - ON-PAGE OPTIMIZATION
1. Title Tag Optimization
2. Meta description Optimization
3. Heading Tags Optimization
4. URL Optimization
5. Robots.txt File Optimization
6. Image Analysis and Optimization of Alt Tags on Required Images
7. Hyperlink Analysis and Optimization
8. External Links optimization
9. Audit of Broken Links
10. Quality of Page Content& Density
11. Checking of Canonicalization error
12. Website URL Redirection
13. Google Page Speed optimization (Desktop Version)
14. Optimized XML Site Map Creation for Google
PHASE: 3 – Google Webmaster OPTIMIZATION:
1. Google webmaster installation (If client doesn’t have access of webmaster)
2. Google webmaster analysis and overview
3. Crawl Errors
4. International Targeted area Setup
5. Sitemap Submission in Google Webmaster
6. Robots.txt Testing
7. Testing on Manual Action& Security
Phase 4 - WEBSITE PROMOTION /LINK BUILDING (OFF PAGE) --This phase is very important and this is an ongoing process

We also want to build on the SEO keywords by producing content audio and video content. I would produce the content we wold need SEO managers recommendations on content and which social media sites to deliver them to. We would want the candidate to optimize the content that we put on the website including being involved in content ideas, getting the content onto the website, YouTube, audio sharing and social media. We would want the SEO/Social media manager to help you create a funnel to generate leads using lead magnets.
We prefer people based in the USA, CANADA or UK. All others may apply but I prefer you be in our EST time zone.
