- Hello,
I need someone to help me launch my own podcast. I will record a podcast on my recorder and send the file to a professional to edit, put on voiceover.
I will record 4 podcasts a MONTH and I need someone to assist me quickly so they are published every week. This is a longterm relationship where we need to work together over a year or longer.
I need them to do ALL the following services and will pay them monthly so need a reasonable deal. Once it is initially set up it should be easy. Can you please respond if you know how to do this.
I have a budget of £200 PER MONTH for 4 fully edited and ready to publish recordings.
Pre-production
- Liaise with client to advise on and establish: format / structure
- Add Voiceover INTRO, MID-SHOW STING AND OUTRO
- Music bed to accompany voiceover assets
- Frequency of podcast output (e.g. four a month) and average edited duration (e.g. 30 mins)
- Audience demographic and strategy for distribution (e.g. e-marketing, social media)
Recording
- Record generic voiceover assets with professional voiceover in studio and purchase music licence for perpetual usage
Post-Production
I will forward recording in WAV format.
- Clean up audio and assemble 1st edit with voiceover assets and music.
- Liaise with client to establish content edits (to be discussed!) before delivery of second and final edit.
Hosting & Distribution
- Set up hosting account and logo design (If I need to go to a hosting company I can do this)
- Upload episodes, Create and Add show notes & metadata and create feeds to Apple podcasts (formerly iTunes) and Spotify.
- Assist with embedding of podcast into dedicated page on client's website
