- We are searching for a decisive, organized Facebook Ads expert to oversee operations as they develop unique and exciting campaigns for our social media marketing agency. You will collaborate with clients and our team to establish project objectives, analyze data, and evaluate projects to ensure they meet the expectations of our clients, represent the brand, and achieve desired results.
To be successful, you should be focused on raising awareness and building interest in the products and services you represent. You should be a detail-oriented, creative, and collaborative problem solver with outstanding communication and project management skills.
You will be hired as a contractor and paid a monthly retainer for each client you manage. This is an upfront payment before the work is carried out. There will also be a percentage of monthly ad spend (on larger clients) that you will receive as a bonus, which is usually 5% of monthly ad spend. We are happy to reward consistent great results with an additional bonus. All communication and reports will be carried out using Slack (messaging and file sharing piece of software)
Advertising Manager Responsibilities:
Overseeing advertising operations, full setup and maintenance of campaigns.
Developing advertising strategies to increase buyer interest in products or services.
Monitoring project progress from planning to execution to ensure it remains focused and evaluate its effectiveness.
Collecting and analyzing data and presenting it in our regular meetings
Providing expert advice on marketing and advertising methods for new or existing products or services.
Advertising Manager Requirements:
2+ years of experience in running successful Facebook Ad campaigns.
Proof of experience, total ad spend you have been in control of, recent and past results that you have achieved.
Understanding of design and marketing principles and techniques.
Ability to develop strategies based on industry trends and developments.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, especially when working with multiple projects/clients.
Excellent management, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
