Cold Caller
- Description
As a Cold Caller, you’ll be responsible for reconnecting with prospects who have expressed interest but missed, canceled, or encountered scheduling conflicts. Your goal will be to re-engage these prospects, reschedule appointments where necessary, and track all confirmed meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Re-establish contact with prospects who have shown interest but missed or canceled their scheduled meetings.
- Address scheduling conflicts and set up confirmed appointments that align with the prospect’s and client’s availability.
- Follow up on any potential objections or concerns, providing clear information to keep prospects engaged.
- Maintain accurate call records, noting outcomes and scheduling follow-up actions in the Airtables.
- Collaborate with the inbox team, providing updates on scheduled appointments and re-engagement outcomes to ensure a smooth hand-off.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales follow-up, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills to re-establish contact and drive engagement.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple follow-ups.
- Reliable internet connection and a backup connection in case of outages.
- Desktop/laptop and headset with microphone.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Apollo.io, Airtable, and Notion.
- Understanding of AI and digital marketing is a plus.
Working hours:
Night shift, fixed hours
