- I am looking for a freelancer to assist with the accreditations and rewards list for my Human Resources Department, the list should include the eligibility and requirements to obtain the certification or the reward. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR accreditation and rewards including training and development certifications and rewards.
Accreditation:
- I'm open to suggestions for the type of accreditation that would be most suitable for my department.
- Don't include ISO certifications in the list
- The accreditation should be valid for 1-3 years.
Rewards List:
- We do not have a specific list of rewards in mind, but we are open to suggestions.
- The freelancer should be able to provide recommendations for a comprehensive rewards system that aligns with our department's goals and objectives.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in HR accreditation and familiarity with ISO 9001, SHRM, and HRCI.
- Strong knowledge of rewards systems and the ability to provide recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with our HR team.
