- We need 5 skilled chair upholsters with immediate effect , factory is in Salisbury. For on going work , can be part-time ,we are open to anyone that has the skill, we are even thinking of using an experienced person that can train up younger persons that want to become an upholsterer as an evening class arrangement . We are looking for full time employees, but we accept that this may not be the case and welcome free lance or out working / projects , so i.e. work for a month at a time . We are open for ideas , just need to overcome a shortage of skilled workers and get the output up , now and a long term plan for the future.
