Description: I want to create a seal/heraldry for my family, as ours is now 1,417 years old and slightly the worse for wear. I only have the idea roughly hashed out, but it is included in the sketch below. I want an artist to take this basic design and bring it to life, imparting all the symbolic information in a way that is not cluttered or cartoonish.

The basic design is a heater shield with an octopus draped over the top. Two of his limbs are on the top rim of the shield, two invisible (because they would be down the back), and the remaining four divide the shield's area into different sections. One of the four limbs on the front has been amputated about half-way.

The surname 'Noigiallach' and motto 'Vincere Vel Mori' are on the top part of the octopus, his head or top limbs, or however you want to do it. Details about what is to be included in the other other sections is included in the sketch. I would like for the background of the shield to have some sort of celestial pattern, but will leave that up to the artists license about whether it is possible. I will need a colored version, however the design should be such that it is still attractive and interpretable if rendered in grayscale. I will need a version of it that can be used to make patches and stickers, etc, not looking for an actual physical print.
