- I need a concept art illustration based on and integrated with a picture, taken from a video shot, and which I am providing as attachment =>

This illustration would be used later to model in 3D and integrate with the original video shot which will be used to create a teaser which hopefully will serve as a basis to get finance to create a sci-fi short movie. This would be the first of a few other concept art illustrations needed for the same purpose ( I would later on need robots, technological devices, vehicles and other architectural structures ).
The picture has been taken from a video shot in Madrid ( Spain ) in a place called "Azca". What I need as concept art is to integrate futuristic buildings and also a bigger structure which I called "spaceline" which is supossed to be a structure which would connect the city with space ( so about 100 km tall ) . This spaceline is supported buy 3 tower-like structures which are placed around the main spaceline in circle. As a reference of how the illustration should be integrated I have attached following image =>

In this pic I have sketched ( in a very rough way ) where the buildings should be placed ( black for closer buildings, grey for background buildings, where the spaceline should be placed, and also where the traffic of flying cars/vehicles should be placed ( in blue )....so yes, I also would need to have some traffic added but this doesn´t need to go into great detail with the look of the flying vehicles....
I also have provided some pictures which should be uses as reference to integrate the futuristic buildings with the correct look matching the look of Madrid and how it would look in the future . 2 pictures of how the city looks now =>

I also provided one picture of the movie total recall as a reference for the background buildings which should be integrated in the illustration ( buildings sketched in grey in the picture "02_AZCA_base_pic_sketched.jpg" and which should have this impossible structure which defy the laws of gravity =>

The final shot is meant to be from a dream/vision a guy has and I did not figure out yet how far in the future we are looking into ( maybe 100,200 or 200 years from now ) because it is hard to say when all this stuff would be happening for real.
