Description: I am in need of a skilled graphic designer who can help me with upscaling high resolution images for both web and print quality. The images are currently in high resolution, with a pixel count of more than 1000.
Specifically, I require the following skills and experience for this project:

- Proficiency in Photoshop and image upscaling techniques
- Ability to edit out bad features of image
- Knowledge of maintaining image quality and resolution during the upscaling process
- Experience in working with both web and print quality images
- Familiarity with the JPEG format and its compatibility with different platforms and devices
- Ability to resize image to fit the A1, A2.. ratio and add white border

I will first ask for a test image, and then if that is upscaled to a high quality, I will request optimising a range of images at different sizes

If you are confident in your abilities to upscale high resolution images while maintaining their quality for both web and print purposes, I would love to discuss this project further with you. Please provide examples of your previous work in image upscaling, particularly in the JPEG format.
