Description: We are looking for an experienced and talented Logo and Brand Identity Designer to help us develop a unique, modern, sophisticated, and memorable brand logo for VISQ Affairs, our event management agency. The ideal candidate should understand the brand's ethos, translate our core values into visual design, and create an authentic and unique logo and branding design that resonates with our clients and audiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand the brand's mission, philosophy, and audience to design a logo/brand that aligns with these elements.

2. Develop initial logo concepts based on our brief, and refine the chosen design through iterations.

3. Ensure the logo's scalability and adaptability across various mediums, from print to digital platforms.

4. Maintain a consistent visual identity throughout all branding efforts.

5. Collaborate with our team throughout the design process to ensure that the logo truly reflects our brand.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience and proficiency in logo design and brand identity.

2. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and iconography.

3. Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

4. Experience in creating visually appealing and eye-catching designs

5. Knowledge of current design trends, particularly in the event and event management sector.

6. A portfolio demonstrating the ability to create logo/brand designs.

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively understand and translate the brand's ethos into visual design.

8. Creativity and the ability to come up with unique and visually appealing concepts.

9. Understanding of color theory and the ability to create a visually balanced logo/branding.

10. Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality, professional logo designs within the specified timeframe.
