Xero integration for forecast spreadsheet application

Either within the VBA project or as an Excel add-in, an integration within Xero, via their API which will allow the user to log into their Xero company and request one of two pre-configured reports (profit and loss and balance sheet) for multiple periods and download them to fixed sheets within the workbook.

The report parameters are a minor adjustment to standard reports available via the API (extending the standard available months from 12 to 36). The report settings (the date range) should be editable and saveable for the report to be refreshed when required.

Please confirm experience with Xero's API and also the potential for replicating in QuickBooks.

It needs to work in Windows (Excel 2010 and later) and Mac under Excel for Mac 365.

I currently use a utility called 'Datadear' to achieve this.

I will provide a scoping discussion and screen-share demonstration of the Excel spreadsheet that requires the integration before agreeing a final price /budget from a short list of proposals
