Description: Im looking for a bare basic Xamarin Proof of concept that would work on Android / IOS that will query an IP address for a mac address if you give an IP address. Its the equivalent of:

But this needs to be in Xamarin, effectively we need to be able to say "Get me Mac Address for X Ip Address" where the user puts in the IP address and is given a mac address back.

We are a Start Up Experienced Dev team we are simply looking for someone to do a very basic POC for us.

Please dont apply if you dont directly know how to do this to get it working on an Iphone and Android.
