Description: I require an ACTIONABLE online website/database to be created for my Letting Business, the database will have functionalities built in as well. The website will consist of a front end & back-end. Preferably Twitter Bootstrap as the GUI and PHP + MySQL as the back-end or similar.

The database will have full SMS intergration, and, be fully actionable to keep the database organised. It will also be built so that unlimited users can access and action simultaneously

I am looking to give this project to someone with a good understanding in English, good communicator with a high level of experience in developing online databases and applications. Bonus payment for a quick turnaround (5-10 days excluding testing)

Due to the volume of data on the database, a designer will be required as well so that the front end is user friendly.
