Description: We run animal workshops for schools and care homes etc. and have agents across the country and each agent has multiple bookings a day

We want to speed up the booking process by having a system that tells us the time/dates that agent is available

We enter the following;
1. Post code
2. How long they would like to book

The result is our availability

We want it to do the following;
1. Sync with Microsoft outlook or Dynamics for calendar
2. Calculate time taken from previous post code
3. Calculate time to get to the next event
4. Expected traffic at that time
