- Who we are and what we need:
- We need to automate our Xero invoicing system to our clients.
- Our clients purchase our products online via our website and pay immediately using PayPal or Stripe.
- We have about 10 packages available.
- We make less than 100 sales per month.
- We need to check and approve invoices within Xero before they are sent to the clients.
- We require this so that our individual packages sold can be tracked on Xero, and we can then clearly see what our best performing product is.
- We require this for accounting purposes.
- We offer monthly subscription packages, and payment plans - so this requires recurring invoices.
We need to know:
- What is the best way to track sales on particular products in Xero? Will invoicing help with this? Do we need to create an inventory of products within Xero (our products are services not items)?
- What is the best software to use to automate invoices from PayPal and Stripe? Is this the same software or separate for each?Would a system such a Zapier or BankFeed be the way to go?
- Can you set this automating system up? Give us a step-by-step breakdown of how you did it using screen capture software, such as UseLoom? This will allow us to manage the system once it’s set-up
- How does the system know when someone has cancelled a monthly subscription?
