Description: We need phrases programmed for a voice command desktop application or web extension. What we need is the back end programming.

1. There is a list of audio files that will be uploaded to the database. These listings are for a specific user so an ID is necessary to identify the prerecorded audios of this user.
2. Now, these audios must be reproduced by voice command, therefore each user will have a microphone (headset)
3. A noise reducer is necessary.
4. We must be able to edit this programming.
