Description: Need to write a plugin for vCloud Director where I can present an application to each tenant, with SSO once they authenticate to their tenancy.

1. I can provide a demo on what needs to be done.
2. Need to speak to the dev to explain (English is a key)
3. Time to finish - 1 week
4. Before accepting we need to skype to explain what needs to be done
