Description: we looking for software developer visual studio expert
we have bot Instagram app doing automatic things - likes /comments/view etc. by the target.
we looking for some changes and modify the design as we want.
some changes:
made the target more easy
fix target problem login and control users easier
made control panel via the web to the software
each app control from the web.

please - only who have experience with this kind of apps. with apps, the portfolio can show us.

the things need to do:
1) made the app more easier to understend
2) add some graphic elemnts to look modern and friendly
3) made the button more friendly and clear to understend
4) change the locations target how is work - also more friendly to use
5) report via pdf more nicely
6) check system all working wall and admin licanse creat by numbers
7)make more friendly the auto massages and target
8) fix bug likes - ramove users / unfollow and some small things.
9) web panel to control about the users and see live mode and report. (hosting we support)

all are ready and workign good. need to make sure all working wall and if not also to fix like the verify code etc.
