Description: We are a Betting I-Gaming developer. We have created a Virtual Cockfighitng betting game. The game lets players bet on who they believe will win the fight then watch the fight video to see if they have won or not. The fights are on a live stream and play to a fixed schedule.

We successfully developed the game using an RTMP stream. However the game did not work on mobile. Now we have created a mobile HLS stream but there are issues due to the buffering of the videos. The videos no longer play in full and this is no longer playable for the user.

We need someone to change our PHP and FFMPEG code to fix this issue.
We need someone who can advise on the correct video codec to get the best streaming performance.

THE WORK IS NOT COMPLE IF THE PRODUCT VIDEOS STILL DO NOT PLAY IN FULL OR THERE IS EXCESS BUFFERING.
