Description: I need a U.K based UI/UX expert who has worked on large corporate websites and apps to go over the current designs and layouts of website and make recommendations and lead the designers.

What we have created has similarities to facebook-twitter-linkedin and a tinder twist.

We are starting on the App now and this will be a medium length project and want fresh help and advice.

I need you to advice on routes to monetization and calls to action to increase users and to give current users free upgrades if they can invite 20 connections etc.

Site has 60,000+ users and is football recruitment , player and club connector like Tinder.
