Use MS Access to import four csv files using VBA

Description: I'm using Access to import and track social media (Instagram) data. I need an Access file with VBA that can open the four .csv files (pdf printout attached) and then import that data into an existing table. I have also attached the schema of the main table, Posts. You'll see that there are calculated columns in it, so it doesn't 100% match up with the file to be imported. What I'd like is to open the .csv file, then for each NEW post (based on time/date posted), copy over the new information to the existing table without deleting any of the info in the existing table.

"Posts" is the most complicated of the four .csv files. The others don't have calculated fields, and I just need them imported and checked against the existing tables. The reason I can't simply delete and append is because the data comes to me in a rolling 3-month form--so I don't want to lose old data as it rolls off the .csv file.

I have Access, so this is the form I need this to be in. Happy to answer any questions.
