Description: I am looking for a programmer to develop an Android App that takes finger prints and takes the pictures of documents while creating a database and reporting system from those details.

Here are all necessary requirements:
- must be able to communicate well in English
- must be able to communicate 5 -9pm (UK time zone)
- must be available to work weekends
- need to be well organized to be able to report on progress and meet deadlines
