Description: Hi, We need to do a survey to our database of circa 35,000 customers, and we are currently working on the questions that we want to ask. We are looking for a freelancer who has expert knowledge of conducting surveys, creating the user experience and conducting analytics on the results. Timescale would be over the next week - 10 days. This would possibly be followed by further surveys to other databases we hold. It would be helpful if applicants could explain their experience and what platform they would use, and the reasons why.
