Strange error - MySQL UDF for php and python execution

Description: We have installed UDF My SQL triggers and it works when we execute it one time.

We have 9 connectors to different systems that collects thousands of records.

When we execute the first Insert trigger by adding a new record into the table the execution runs the first connector that is written in PHP.

Then when we try to execute the second connector by doing exactly the same record insert trigger then it does not execute.
We then truncate the DB and then run the first insert trigger again by adding a record. Then the first connector is not running.

This is a problem we do not know how to solve.

Our developers are heavy DB developers but have never hit this problem and we now need someone who can help us with this.
