Description: IT NEED TO BE SIMPLE BUT WITH A FORM we can add stock and take stock away

Column 1 stock item name/ref
Column 2 stock qty
Column 3 minimum stock level

Then the following columns to be filled in with how many have been taken, initials and date taken

The figure in column 2 to reduce by these columns as the stock is used

When the stock is reordered and received, column 2 will then increase again but how do we stop it taking into account those quantities taken previously
