Description: Need to have a Gitlab Pages created+setup to host a static website.

The necessary repos to host a static website need to be created and the html/js content(which already exists on a different server) needs to be copied over without any changes. The entire setup should support future edits to the website via standard git functions(via terminal).

Clear setup instruction need to be documented and provided. And usage instructions need to be provided for future commits to the Git.

A custom domain + TLS certificate also has to be linked to the new Gitlab static site.

The type of account needed in Gitlab for the admin and developer(separately) needs to be suggested by the freelancer before the project starts. The freelancer will work with the newly created logins.
