Description: I would like a stand alone desktop ivr system/appplication

I dont want to rely on any other platform like nexmo or twilio.
I want it to be completely independent and stand alone.

I would like it to handle the following features:

1. Receiving calls
2. Call holding and unholding
3. collecting, saving and reacting to dtmf entries
4. uploading and Playing .mp3 & .wmv audio files for prompts
5. recording and saving voice mail messages
6. Playing hold music
7. Forwarding calls to IVR tree on desktop
8. ability to interact with customer with phone connected to laptop
9. Call forwarding
