Description: We guess it's a Java bug. If you check this website, blog2.spoqtech.com, you will see the menu is not interacting properly with the page.

A technician in-house did an HTML/css/java insertion in header.php of the Wordpress installation but it seems to conflict with something. Honestly, he has not the knowledge nor the time to pursue this further.
