Description
Hello, we need a desktop software (both Windows and MacOS) that takes as input by the user a pre-formatted CSV file (timestamp and data from sensors) and gives as output a video with 2D graphic animated according to the CSV data (transparent background). We need both algorithm & GUI. We will provide the 2D graphic for the video layer.
