I need a video creator, and can work with amateur programmers.
As you know, there are 3 elements to create a video. Screen view, human voice, and background music.
The software will create the video's screen view with randomly chosen pictures from a folder. It will show the first chosen picture first, then second, then 3rd etc...
It will create the video's voice by randomly selecting voices from a folder. 2 or more MP3 voice files will be selected to create 1 video's voice file. It will play the first chosen voice file, then 2nd, then 3rd etc.
And it will choose one BG music randomly from a selected folder which's sound can be decreased by an amount.
I will click the button, and the video will be created. Got it?
