Description: I have a system which currently uses PHP and MySQL.

Users fill out a form and then it generates a QR code for them which contains their unique ID.

I have been told by the IT department that I need to have everything in Sharepoint on premises.

They have setup the environment but I have no idea how I can re-create the same thing in Sharepoint.

I can provide all the files of the current system.

The QR code is displayed on the screen and can be added to the Wallet if on the iPhone - this I think is the trick part - I believe the QR part to be quite easy.
