Description: Hi,
I need a Scala program that reads a file (provided by args) and checks to see if a list of keywords exist in the read file. The program should output a list of the keywords and the total count.

The program must have no Vars, no mutability and no side effects. Thus the program should be fully functional.
I have created my own solution which I am happy to provide you with so you can check the expected output. I am looking for a more functional solution though.

My solution contained no Vars, no mutability and no side effects too. This project should take a fairly experienced Scala developer around an hour MAXIMUM to develop therefore I am looking for a reasonable price.
