Description: I have started the assignment and have code that you can use to expand please.

The attached files have the specification. I need some Comments as well please. In the slides, ignore the school system mongo db. We can use local mongo db on the computer. If mongodb, does not work or there are difficulties then store it in csv please.

The report part I can do myself. So from task 1-4 please.

Specific requirements
Using Tweepy, NetworkX for python for the network analysis, can also use something else. There are recommended clustering softwares in the specification for Task 2, but can use others as well. The visualizations can be with matplotlib, graphs, bar charts etc. The network visualization can be with anything.

Program shouldnt be too complicated.
