Python / Selenium script to use Facebook Messenger

- I require a Python script that uses selenium interface to log in to facebook and go to 'https://www.messenger.com/t/'
The script will then read from a .csv file name 'contact_urls.csv' which contains a list of Facebook pages to contact in messenger, the script will go to each URL and begin to paste in a message of my choosing which will be stored inside the Python script.
Inside the 'contact_urls.csv' each row / URL will also have several columns of data that i want the Python script to paste in to the message. for example, one column will contain a 'name' of the person / page being messaged. I want the python script to have the feature so i can place {name} in the message, and the script will read the 'name' column in the .csv file and the paste the {name} where i have placed this in the message, and so on for multiple columns that i specify.
The python script must have settings that i can change for, random sleep between X and X after between X and X minutes of run time. And sleep between X and X seconds after each message / URL visited. And Sleep between X and X after visiting the URL to post the message.
I've already had python scripts that interact with Facebook developed before so know what to expect script wise. This must be done using Selenium, and the script must target / click or paste the message using Xpath selectors.
A very basic example message would be:
"Hi {name} i can see you live in {city}, we are looking to promote music events in {country} and wondered if you were interested in {genre} music?"
{name}, {city}, {country}, {genre} would all be data for each row in the .csv file. as the script moves to row 2,3,4 etc the data would also change.
