Description: I need a *best practice* method integrated to cycle through some checks regarding OS, Browser, Specific Extension installed, Browser version if required (Chrome v74-v76) and then load a webpage.

Steps to completion
1. Check OS
2. Check browsers for extendion ID
2a. If browser has extension ID - load default profile (must be default profile user uses) and open webpage (final result is headless)
2b. For chrome and firefox we need to run extra checks for chromedriver version Chrome selenium drivers only work with their respective browser version.
2c. If driver is not locally present download, unzip and cleanup zip file
3. If browser does not have extension ID move on to next browser.
