Python AWS insert CSV into MySQL Scripy

Description: Hi

I have CSV files with c.30 to c.50m rows in each

i have AWS set-up with a MySQL tables for these to be loaded in, and a windows EC2 set-up to go

I believe the quickest way for these CSV's to be loaded is via a Python insert script

so i need one writing with instructtions please on how to use
