Description: Part of the work I'm involved with involves manually testing on Windows 10 environments. Specifically, I test Windows and Web applications.

I need to be able to do this testing in a controlled/time-efficient manner, so what I need is a pub/sub service so that I can broadcast keyboard and mouse commands from a publisher PC, to a group of subscriber Pcs. The publisher and subscribers will not be on the same network, so communication
needs to be over HTTP(s).

Some additional requirements:
- I need this solution to guarantee the delivery of messages between the publisher and subscribers.
- As a start, I require this solution to handle up to 50 subscribers.
- I will require that any external infrastructure used by this solution to be handed over and/or managed by myself.
- I require that any messages sent between the publisher and receiver be kept within the South East Asian region.
- Latency is also important, messages should be received within 5 seconds, 10 seconds being an absolute maximum.
