Port Swift app to Kotlin for Android

Description: We have a native Swift app:

- using Firebase (database, chat, push notifications, phone verification)
- with geolocation
- with programmatic UI (no storyboards)
- using SwiftMessages to show in app notifications (https://github.com/SwiftKickMobile/SwiftMessages)
- with swipe cards feature (like Tinder).

Total lines of code: around 10 thousand.

We need to have the same app available for Android phones. No new features, no different views: just converting Swift code to Kotlin.
