- Our safety valve tracking software has become obsolete and the manufacturer no longer sells it to repair shops. We are looking to have a new web interface and database infrastructure built to replicate the function of the software. The old data must be imported into the new database as it contains all of the history. The software will have the option to display the most recent repair or all of the historical repairs to the devices. We will host the software on our internal servers once completed. The website will prompt for username and password access. There will be multiple levels of access from Client (Read-Only), Read-Only, Staff, Supervisor and Admin. We will required pdf generated reports, plus printing on to business card size tags. As we collect more information on what is required we will work with the selected group/programmer to develop a user friendly interface. Web access is required to allow our customers read-only access to generate the reports of their equipment only. Staff would have the ability to repair existing equipment in the DB, Supervisors have the ability to add new equipment to the DB, admin have the the ability to add users, plus all other functions. Attached is a small sample of the database and a few screenshots and database examples.
