- I have a client that needs to automate some reporting. They have a Google Docs Report that they want to print to pdf then save to dropbox. There is a filter on the report by client and they have 140 clients. I can't share the report so I'd want you to do this with urls that I provide. Once the code is done, I will replace the urls with the real ones.
The report is not all on one page, you have to click "next page" in google docs for each page of the report, which generates a new url link (4 pages in total). So basically what I am looking to do is this...
I want to have an excel file that has the report name in column a, and the urls for each page of the report in columns b-e. I want VBA code that I can tie to a "Run Report" button (which I will put on a different sheet) that will save each of the url links in columns b-e as a page in a pdf file and then save/print the file as the report name in column a, to a file folder equal to the company name in column a. The code can assume that a folder with the company name already exists. The code will need to be very well commented so that I know what each piece of code does.
I have included a test document for you to use and it is attached.
I need to get this done ASAP. Once you deliver the code, I will test it and will ask for changes if any part of it doesn't work.
