Need administrator for initial VPS webserver setup

Description: I need an administrator who will do initial VPS server setup. Server will be running simple wordpress site and VPS provider is contabo.com

To do list is:

Initial setup
Webserver setup (required typical packages + wordpress)
Set up admin access for me
Set up admin access for developer, who will set-up website itself
Help me to register and install free SSL certificate
Set up and schedule regular backups (VPS provider offers backup space)
Manage domains (currently i have domain on google domains, i will need this domain to get linked to hosted website + 2 subdomains created and also get linked to same website)
