Description: Hello freelancers at PPH!

I'm currently looking for a Laravel developer to aid me to migrate a project into Lumen.
The application itself is contained in a classic structure (using 4.2), using a few packages and Blade for templates.

The idea for this first step is to migrate the backend logic into a RestFUL Lumen API.

Software is for financial tracking, and I will provide a database with over 3 years of fake information for you to work on.

Tasks to be done

1. Migrate all backend logic to Lumen
2. Amend any potentially outdated packages
3. Integrate JWT using https://github.com/UniSharp/laravel-jwt
4. Basic database changes to change decimal values into integer
5. Amend database indexing because it's slow
6. The project is all labeled in Spanish, we need to implement Localization
7. Remove everything cache related
8. All API responses should use Fractal Transformers
9. Views are not neccesary at all, you can deliver a full restful (I will test through Postman)

The project itself has around 8 controllers and 12 models, 14 database tables.
