- I am looking for a simple lottery Website. I am still open to different CMS/ Languages used. I would prefer the use of react JS.
The general Idea is for a user to subscribe to a monthly fee e.g £3.00 using something like Stripe since they have a bunch of API's and wordpress plugins ready to go.
I have not yet decided if a draw would be every week or every month but I will decide that later.
Can you please provide me a price for each of the two following options?
1. The user can pick 6 numbers within a specific range and when the lottery is run the site will match anyone who has all 6 matching numbers. Maybe we also match users who also have 3, 4 and 5 matching numbers. The users should be able to change their numbers if requested but not during the time the results are being drawn.
Option 2 would be a bit different. We would randomly assign a unique ID to each user that is created and each time we run the lottery it will pick 1 winner, 1 second runner up and then about 5-10 other winners.
I will handle paying out the money to the users myself and that will not be managed via the site.
It would be important that users can only win if their subscription is still active. i.e if their payment fails, they will then not count as an 'active' subscriber.
Please give me prices for each of these scenarios. I do not expect any web design, just the functionality as I will handle the frontend css and some js myself (if you can build in react that would be even better as I would prefer not to use Jquery)

It will likely be an ongoing project depending on the communication and how smoothly the project goes. Can you please give me an idea of hourly rate incase I am looking for updates / changes to this.

Please note that the budget is pretty tight as this is in an initial stage of planning so I won't be able to pay the full amount in one go. It would be at most 50% at the start and 50% on completion.
Please let me now what languages you will build this in and how you plan on structuring the Users / DB and how much hosting fees / subscription fees would be.
