Hi,
I am looking for an experienced C Sharp Programmer, as well as someone who is very experienced with unity 3d and knows the engine up and down. I have a multiplayer FPS game that I would like to create that has sort of been started if you will. It is using a slightly modified version of this kit from the asset store:

The modifications are only slight little edits and additions I added. Like the bloody screen for example. Everything else is left untouched and remains the same. The kit has a great documentation, code that is well documented. However I still need the person here to be able to learn other peoples code style, learn the project they are taking on, and improve upon it correctly and greatly to the fullest extent, this should go without saying.
I am currently working on other freelancers for assets, such as music, sounds, models, animation and a bit of UI. So the only thing I am looking for is the functionality and coding aspect for this project. I can provide placeholders or real assets when needed for the features to be done.
For the actual tasks and stuff I would like done in the project, I have created a well organized document with a list in order of what I would like to be created. It is separated into 5 tasks, each task containing some features which are well detailed. Here is the document:

If there is something you don't understand I would be more than happy to answer it clearly as I know some things maybe hard to get the first time around or need more detail.
Also please do not fall for the number of words you see. I merely make sure to write and detail everything as much as I can so that it Is clear from point A to B. So keep that in mind.
And that is all. For the budget as mentioned I am open to talk about it and even come up with some solutions or tactics we could do to tackle this process. I would like to mention I do not have the most amount of cash available to me but as mentioned am very open to ideas and suggestions and would love to talk things over.
