Description: Hi,

I am looking at this stage for advice and support developing a payment system I would like to implement. I am looking for someone who has experience with developing a bespoke system that will allow users to make payments using a prepaid card or via an account.

I would like to understand if this is feasible and what hardware and software requirements would be needed taking into account the following:

1) Number of users
2) Form of payment
3) Security
4) Connectivity
5) POS devices, online shopping websites
6) Account set up, verification and authentication
7) Decentralised - no link to banks

This idea is still in its infancy so I would like to have a discussion with anyone who has experience developing something similar.
