Description: I have complex code that runs a process sequentially that I need to run in parallel.

It needs to accept a int parameter, which will limit the number of processes to be started in parallel.
By default it can be 4, and if required, the user can change the value.. variable for max number of CPUs.

I will provide a working netbeans project with a runnable class that needs to be run in parallell.

-f : this argument can be given to specify the exact path of the scan File, can be repeated multiple times to give multiple paths

-d : specifies the directory where the scan files are present, the program will look for ".raw" files in the dir

-p : how many parallel invocations of the scanner should be done at a time. default is 4

either of "-f"/"-d" must be specified i.e at least one file or dir should be given
