- I would like a desktop application that is an exact replication of this software: https://www.nchsoftware.com/invoice/index.html. There are only a few things additionally I would like different and they are that as we are dealing with cartons and unit products. We want the system to calculate the carton price based on unit cost as customers will be purchasing cartons but would like to know the unit costs they pay. So we would want to update and add prices either through the unit cost or changing the carton price but either one should be linked so where one changes the other does too. We also want the software to keep prices at default however when changed they should be set as the new price for the customer so if the default price for customer A was to be 60p (default price) and we manually change it to for example 45p. We would want all future orders with this product for this customer being set at this price but only for customer A not any other customer as they have their own price Another feature I would like on this software on the main interface is price list. Once clicked we can select the customer and press enter and the prices for all items are shown which can be converted to pdf and printed etc And lastly the system already creates packing slip/delivery notes but is done manually but we would like it to do this automatically. Once an invoice is created a delivery note/packing slip is created but can be viewed on another tab on the side of the main screen. If you use the software first before responding then you will understand my requirements. If you request I will send a screenshot and mark the changes and additional extra I would like That’s all I need. The software is only £39 to purchase and I feel these few tweaks and changes shouldn’t be so hard and therefore I believe I have priced this proposal appropriately.
