- Im looking to have a converter created. On my web page, I would for my clients to be able to select complications they are having such as headache, night sweats, head, etc and when I receive my clients inputs, they are displayed to me as a treatment plan that I can then create. A client selects headaches, I receive rose quartz to prescribe without having to do additional research for the headache treatment. I hope this makes sense. I would also need this form to be able to go into a app as well.
