Description
Looking to migrate from a an Excel system to a database CRM that monitors call rates / status of indirect customers. We currently have a corporate office 365 subscription - so would be good if it can link with Sharepoint/OneDrive? Would need multiple user access, default reports and a way of access/use the database/CRM offline - then sync when data is available.

Please advise your recommended system / base framework - looking for an independent solution with no monthly fee's i.e. salesforce
